New construction, first floor apartment on the western slope is available for rent effective 7/20/2024. We check credit and verify income of lessee. The tenant is responsible to pay one month rent broker fee, first month rent and one and a half month rent security deposit at the time of signing one year lease agreement. One car off street parking is included in the rent. The washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove oven range gas for tenant use till term of the lease agreement. The tenant also pays all utilities except cold water. Strictly no pets and no smoking inside the property. The unit is near to schools, day care center, park transportation and shopping center.
